1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and submitting quotation requests, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2.Quotation Validity

All quotations provided by Huacheng Hardware are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and final technical evaluation.

3.Client Responsibilities & Technical Documentation

Accuracy: Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all technical documentation (2D/3D drawings, specifications, CAD files) provided.

Design Liability: Huacheng Hardware is not liable for manufacturing errors arising from design flaws or inaccuracies within the client-provided technical documentation.

Review: We reserve the right to review all files before confirming production.

4.Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payment prior to shipment. Specific terms for long-term partners may be discussed separately.

5.Delivery & Production Lead Times

Delivery dates provided are estimates based on standard production cycles. Final lead times will be confirmed upon order approval and receipt of the deposit.

6.Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any product defect is limited to the replacement of the defective parts or a refund of the production cost of said parts. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

7.Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
