We have advanced metal parts quality inspection equipment and a variety of inspection tools,Which can be meet your customized specific needs. These include: Coordinate Measuring Machine (3CMM), Optical Comparator (Profile Projector), Hardness Tester, Salt Spray Test Equipment, Micrometers and Calipers, Angle Gauges, Gauges, Pins, Ring Gauges, and Wire Gauges. In addition,We also have an XRF mass spectrometer for verifying material composition and a variety of measuring tools (gauge blocks, telescopic gauges, hole gauges, height gauges, surface roughness gauges, feeler gauges, thread gauges, pins, etc.).

Coordinate measurement machine (CMM)

We utilize advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct comprehensive quality inspections on a full range of metal parts—including those with complex shapes or large dimensions—as well as CNC-machined components with strict tolerance requirements.

Micrometer

We use micrometers for critical dimension control, achieving a precision of up to 0.001mm and a standard accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring the accuracy and stability of every CNC-machined shaft, pin, or precision component.

We primarily review material reports, certification documents, and other relevant documentation provided by our material suppliers. Furthermore, we conduct sampling inspections of key performance indicators—such as chemical composition and mechanical properties—to ensure that all materials are fully suitable for our CNC precision machining and custom sheet metal fabrication processes, and that they comply with established industry standards and client requirements.

First Article Inspection

At Huacheng Metal Hardware Co., Ltd., we implement a strict First Article Inspection (FAI) process. Before mass production begins, our quality team conducts 100% dimensional verification of the initial sample based on your engineering drawings.
This multi-party audit—including operators, team leaders, and quality inspectors—carefully examines the critical features and CNC milling tolerances of CNC machined and precision sheet metal parts, ensuring the accuracy of sheet metal bending angles, hole diameters, and thread integrity.
Mass production is only officially authorized after the first article inspection is fully passed.
