1.Electrophoresis:Electrophoretic surface treatment can prevent carbon steel and spring steel clips from rusting, extend the service life of the clips, and also allows for customization in various colors.

3.Dacromet:This surface treatment is ideal for parts used in harsh, corrosive environments. It can withstand continuous high temperatures above 300°C and 1000-1500 hours without developing red rust. If your custom carbon steel and spring steel require strong corrosion resistance, this is a good surface treatment option.

2.Zinc Plating:This treatment is suitable for carbon steel clips,But we do not recommend it for spring steel clips,Because it may cause cracking or delayed brittle fracture,Thus affecting elasticity.

4.Black Oxide:The oxide film from the blackening surface treatment is relatively thin, so it won’t affect dimensions. This surface treatment has a very low processing cost, but its rust-proofing effect is average. We do not recommend using blackened carbon steel and spring steel clips outdoors or in humid environments.
