Step 2 : Material & Tooling Preparation
Based on your project’s performance criteria and material specifications—using either client-designated raw materials or those mutually agreed upon based on our recommendations—we customize the necessary CNC cutting tools and fixtures. We tailor these solutions to specific machining scenarios, including complex profiles, cavities, specialized slots, deep cavities and slots, and non-standard threading requirements. This approach ensures production capabilities that meet unique machining needs, enhances precision and efficiency, and reduces overall costs.
Step 3: Precision CNC Machining

We strictly adhere to the ISO 2768 international standard, maintaining standard tolerances between ±0.05mm and ±0.10mm, while achieving precision tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm for high-end, high-performance components.
